AtoZ Utilities LLP is a construction company based in Pune, Maharashtra. Our registered corporate office address and contact details are listed at the bottom of this page and on our Contact page.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the App's safety and quality-inspection features for our construction sites. Depending on how the App is used, this may include:

• Account & profile information: name, phone number, email address, employee/vendor ID, and role, used to sign in and identify who submitted a site record.
• Camera & photo library: photos or videos you choose to capture or upload for site safety checks, quality inspections, or incident reports.
• Location data: precise or approximate location, captured at the time an inspection, checklist, or report is submitted, so records can be tied to the correct site.
• Documents & files: checklists, certificates, or reports you upload within the App.
• Device & usage data: device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic data, used to keep the App reliable.

We do not knowingly collect more information than is needed for these safety and quality-management purposes, and we do not collect financial or payment information through the App.

• To operate core App features — site inspections, safety checklists, incident and quality reporting.
• To authenticate users and control access by role (e.g. site engineer, quality/safety officer, management).
• To maintain an auditable record of site activity for compliance and quality-assurance purposes.
• To troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve App performance and reliability.
• To communicate with you about your account, site records, or App updates.

On Android and iOS, the App may ask for the following device permissions:

• Camera — to capture photos/videos of site conditions during an inspection.
• Photos/Media/Storage — to attach existing images or save inspection records.
• Location — to tag inspection records with the site location.

You can grant or deny these permissions through your device settings at any time. Denying a permission may limit the related feature (for example, you won't be able to attach a geo-tagged photo without location access).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:

• Authorized personnel within AtoZ Utilities LLP and its group companies, for site safety, quality, and project-management purposes.
• Developers or clients we are contractually engaged with, where a site record is relevant to their project.
• Service providers who help us host data or operate the App (e.g. cloud hosting, crash reporting), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, safety requirement, or valid government request.

Information collected through the App is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized personnel. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain site inspection records, photos, and related data for as long as needed to fulfil safety, quality, and legal record-keeping obligations, or until you request deletion as described below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contracts@atozutility.com. Where you are an employee or contractor submitting site records as part of your work, some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request, to meet safety, audit, or legal obligations. We will let you know if that applies to your request.

The App is intended for use by adult employees, contractors, and partners of AtoZ Utilities LLP in a professional capacity. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The App may use third-party services (such as cloud storage, analytics, or crash reporting) that collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that meet appropriate data-protection standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
